Dave Gonzalez joined ISA in February 2006 as a junior designer and is now the Sr. Designer in the Graphic Department responsible for ISA's look and feel. From a very young age, Dave was attracted to creativity in its various incarnations (music, film, photography, architecture, design, fashion). After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor's degree in Advertising, Dave continued his education with a concentration in Graphic Design. Citing Paul Klee, Robert Rauschenberg, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Clyfford Still, and Erik Nitsche as major influences, Dave brings a timeless-yet-energetic sensibility to design. In addition to his profession as a graphic designer, Dave continues to deejay on occasion, something that has carried over from his years as a full-time professional dj when he was a struggling artist/freelance designer. His travels have taken him to Sweden, Holland, France and Mexico. In his spare time, Dave enjoys conversations in Spanish, playing guitar and hunting down obscure vinyl to add to his record collection. His favorite band is both The Rolling Stones and The Beatles and thinks it is unfair to have to choose just one.
