Holly Sparkman specializes in financial, legal affairs and administrative management. Holly spent more than eight years in the public accounting arena, including a focus on corporate and individual taxation and auditing with KPMG Peat Marwick. Her industry experience includes serving as a Senior Director of Finance for publicly held LIFE Technologies, as well as over ten years of combined experience serving as the Chief Financial Officer for CellzDirect, Inc. and CEDRA Corporation. Prior to CEDRA, Ms. Sparkman served as the Chief Financial Officer for Public Strategies, Inc., an international political and public affairs consulting firm. She also serves on the Board of the Hispanic Scholarship Consortium, a nonprofit organization that seeks to increase the enrollment of Hispanic students in colleges and universities.
