Rafael Hoyle joined the ISA team in 1997 and currently holds the position of Executive Vice President, Academic Affairs. He lived for many years in Mexico City and has traveled extensively in Spain and Latin America. Rafael earned his B.S. in Business Administration and his M.A. in Spanish at the University of Arizona, and recently completed his PhD in Spanish at the University of Texas at Austin.
