This was an incredible opportunity for Sam. It broadened his horizons, he made new friends, and of course expanded his knowledge of the language and the culture. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and available. This made it easier to send our son on his first trip to study abroad.

We were unbelievably impressed with the staff, the information provided, how the program was run, the value of the program, the housing, the excursions including the hotels where they stayed, the activities planned and particularly the chosen community service. As my husband and I traveled to Costa Rica to enjoy a vacation with Emily at the end of the program, we had a chance to visit Emily's home and her host mother Rosario. We were very pleased with the home and location and Rosario is amazing!

I've never had a negative experience with ISA! Every staff member that I''ve interacted with has been positive, fun, and extremely supportive. Everyone is very helpful. The ISA London staff is great and the office is in a very convenient location!

The program and excursions were well-planned. The staff with whom I interacted were highly professional and knew how to relate to teens. Everything I have heard from my daughter about the staff confirm this. She grew personally from living in another culture away from home. Plus, she had a great time.

ISA-HS Cusco provided an awesome opportunity for our daughter to gain international travel experience, develop self-confidence, develop her Spanish skills, and engage in a life-changing cultural experience!

ISA-HS is a very organized, professional outfit that knows what it is doing! They allow the kids to have their independence, yet follow a strict set of rules. It has the right amount of travel and history mixed with free time to explore on their own. It taught them more than just what they learned in the classroom. In fact, my next daughter hopes to travel to Sevilla next year as well and would love to request the same house mother! That says it all!
