Application ProcessExplanation of Application Process and Final Forms and Payment Due DatesISA accepts applications on a rolling basis. After ISA reviews the completed application, approved students will receive an acceptance email and can expect an acceptance packet in the mail shortly afterwards. The acceptance packet will contain important forms such as the ISA Code of Conduct, Housing Questionnaire, Medical Forms, etc. These forms must be completed and turned in to the ISA Austin office by the Final Form and Payment due date. The total program fee must be paid in full by the payment due date in order to avoid the $150 late fee. Students using university financial aid must pay a Good Faith payment of $500 for summer programs, $1000 for semester programs, $1500 for year programs, $2000 for Multi-Country programs or $2500 for the Argentina Fall 4 program if their university is not paying ISA directly. The Good Faith payment will be deposited upon receipt by ISA. The remainder of the payment is collected from the student when the financial aid is released. Students wishing to use scholarships on ISA programs are encouraged to contact their scholarship provider, financial aid and study abroad offices. Students applying after the Final Forms and Payment due date will be charged a $150 late fee and must pay the program price in full several weeks before the program start date ** Students may not apply after the program has already started.
