This program is designed for students who want the Buenos Aires experience, but who might not want to study the Spanish language or who do not yet have the level to take courses in Spanish. The courses in this program focus on Latin American Studies and are taught in English by University of Belgrano professors. A beginning level Spanish class is offered as well. Students at the intermediate and advanced levels may also chose classes from the Latin American Studies in Spanish program. All classes are with American and other international students.

Students may also add an Intensive Month to a Semester/Year program for a discounted price. Contact the ISA office for further details!

Minimum GPA

Students must have a minimum grade point average of 2.50.

Minimum Admissions Prerequisites

Students must have a 2.5 GPA. Courses are taught in English. No
specific level of Spanish proficiency is required.

Course Disclaimer

Students may take a Spanish language course if desired. Interested students will take a Spanish language placement exam upon arrival to determine the level of Spanish class for which they are eligible to enroll.
