Overview

Illustrates the way in which economists view the world by the development of some
basic tools of economic analysis and by their application in understanding the
behaviour of households, firms and government. Problems include: trade and
specialisation; the operation of markets; industrial structure and economic welfare; the
determination of aggregate output and the price level; and fiscal and monetary policy.
