Provides tools and ways of thinking related to managing and sustaining innovation as a means of creating value. Themes to be addressed include features and characteristics of technological innovation, strategy/structure/environment and innovation, effects of new technology on employees and managers, implications for occupational health and safety, the learning organization and the culture of change, performance management and intellectual property. Pre-requisite: BUS 101E (Introduction to Business)
