Course topics include studies on ethnicity and society and international political economy. In addition, all beginning-level students must enroll in one Portuguese language course. Students with intermediate and advanced levels of Portuguese may also select a single-credit Brazilian Culture course. Students will take a placement exam upon arrival to determine eligibility for course enrollment. The UNISUL will not accept petitions to change language levels. *ALL students are required to obtain a student visa prior to departure. Gap Year students are also eligible for this program.
