J-TermSpanish Language & Chilean CulturePontifical Catholic University of ValparaísoJ-Term 2013 (Early Jan, 2013 to Mid Jan, 2013)Catalog Code: IVPJ0113 The three-week Spanish Language and Chilean Culture J-Term program accommodates students at the intermediate and advanced Spanish language levels who hold a 2.5 GPA. Students will enroll in Spanish Grammar and Chilean Culture & Conversation for a total of 70 hours of instruction. The course is divided into two modules of Spanish Grammar, and Chilean Culture and Conversation consisting of 35 hours of instruction each. All courses are taught by Chilean professors and are taken with ISA and other international students. Students at the advanced language level who wish to choose from a more extensive course list may want to consider the January Intensive Month program, also at the PUCV. All classes are taken with international students and are taught by Chilean professors. Please note that the J-Term program price does not include airport pick-up, drop-off, or excursions.
