Students who possess a high-advanced level of Spanish language proficiency may choose to take up to 15 hours of courses with Chileans and courses in English. Students who are at the beginning or intermediate level may choose only from the elective courses for international students, which are taught in English, and the Spanish language classes.

Students may choose to participate in an intensive language session before the start of the semester program and earn 45 hours of language credit. Please see the Fall/Spring 5 program details for more information.

Minimum GPA

Students must have a minimum grade point average of 2.50.

Minimum Admissions Prerequisites

*Students must have completed or tested out of a minimum of one semester (two quarters) of college-level Spanish for the Fall/Spring 4 program.
