BACKGROUND
This course parts from a general context of Christian anthropology which is oriented towards the values that illuminate and guide the development of humankind from a personal sense, where man is responsible for his individual destiny, to a communitarian one where he forms part of fellow mankind.
Assuming a certain stability of this human phenomenon, this course proposes to elaborate upon a general orientation of this anthropological horizon which is essential to the hypothesis that man can recognize that certain motives and specific impulses point towards the construction of a supportive culture.
OBJECTIVES
Provide youth with basic notions about philosophical anthropology and theology on interpersonal relations that:
-Promote anthropological reflection on topics that surround various disciplines (psychology, sociology, etc.) to that which comes from personal experience
-Move towards recognizing the different human dimensions that intervene in the formation of one’s personality with the objective of enriching the capacity to differentiate between said dimensions
-Support the student in the search and realization of his/her own identity, of his/her principal way of acting, of his/her social relations and his/her transcendental dimension.
