This program is for students at all levels of Spanish proficiency. Beginning and intermediate level courses include grammar and Chilean culture and conversation. Advanced level courses include grammar, Chilean culture and conversation, literature, and social and political issues. Students will be in class with other international students.

Minimum GPA

Students must have a minimum grade point average of 2.50.

Minimum Admissions Prerequisites

For beginning, intermediate and advanced level Spanish speakers. Students who arrive in Chile having completed less than one year of college-level Spanish will take beginning level courses. Students who arrive in Chile having completed one full year of college-level Spanish will take intermediate level courses. Students who arrive with two years of college-level Spanish will take advanced level courses.
