This intensive language program is ideal for students who would like to maximize their Chinese language acquisition over a short amount of time. Students will take a total of 120 hours of Chinese language in a six week period.

Classes are administered by the Chinese Language and Literature department at Tsinghua University. Classmates will be other ISA and international students.

All proficiency levels of Chinese are offered in this intensive language program.

Minimum GPA

Students must have a minimum grade point average of 2.50.

Minimum Admissions Prerequisites

There is no language prerequisite for this program.

Tsinghua University will only admit non-Chinese citizens. Students who hold a passport from Mainland China (PRC), Taiwan (ROC), Hong Kong, or Macau are not eligible for this program.

Students must include a copy of their passport with their application.
