Students participating in the Chinese Language & Business program in Shanghai will be able to take a diverse set of courses taught in English. The courses that are offered will cover subjects such as Business, Political Science, Economics and History. In addition, students will be required to enroll in a Mandarin language course if they have not previously taken at least two terms of Mandarin.

Courses are taught in English except for Chinese language courses which are available for students with a beginning or intermediate level of proficiency. Courses will be taught by local and international faculty.

Upon program completion, students will receive a transcript from East China Normal University.

Minimum GPA

Students must have a minimum grade point average of 2.50.

Minimum Admissions Prerequisites

There is no language prerequisite for this program.

East China Normal University will only admit non-Chinese citizens. Students who hold a passport from Mainland China (PRC), Taiwan (ROC), Hong Kong, or Macau are not eligible for this program.
