Depart from the U.S. You should be at the airport at least 2 1/2 hours prior to your flight departure time. Arrive in San José. Meet host families.

Orientation
Placement test and orientation at Universidad Veritas.
Mon. 07/07
Classes
Begin regular class schedule. Classes are held Monday through Friday. Spanish Language for Health Professionals will be held in the morning and Costa Rican Health Care System will be held in the afternoon.

Classes
Spanish for Health Professionals ends.
Fri. 08/01
Classes
Costa Rican Health Care System ends.
Fri. 08/08
Travel
Return to United States. Students may stay and travel independently.
Sat. 08/09
  • Dates for weekend excursions to Manuel Antonio, Arenal Volcano and La Fortuna Waterfall, and Monteverde will be announced upon arival.
