Cynthia Harder

Assistant Director- UICR in Heredia, Costa Rica

Cynthia Harder is a native of Saint Paul, Minnesota who originally came to
Costa Rica as a student at Veritas University with ISA. She has worked
toward a degree in International Studies with a concentration of Latin
American Studies from the University of North Dakota. While attending
university, she traveled throughout Western Europe, the Western Caribbean
Islands, and finally Costa Rica. Previous work experiences include
positions in the customer service and tourism industries. After living,
studying, and now working in Costa Rica, Cynthia has developed a deep
appreciation and enthusiasm for everything the country has to offer.
