A special feature of the Theatre Studies Summer Session is that it offers a uniquely wide range of courses, encompassing all the principal theatre arts allowing students to immerse themselves in the world of theatre. Whether it is Playwriting, Acting, or Design and Stage Management, students are taught by noted practitioners from the London theatre community along with Florida State resident faculty. Upon program completion, students will receive a transcript from Florida State University (FSU) The 2012 Summer Olympic Games will be imposing an extra high demand on London this summer. That being said, early applications are being highly encouraged. In order to confirm your summer housing, we ask that you make an initial and immediate 'Housing Commitment' payment of $1000 upon acceptance into the program. This payment to ISA is NOT an additional charge, yet rather a payment that will be deducted from your overall ISA balance. This payment will not be refunded in the event you elect to withdraw from the ISA London summer program. We request that you make this 'Housing Commitment' payment right away so that the host university can move forward with your housing allocation. ISA will not be notifying the host university of students' program enrollment until courses for the summer program are submitted on the ISA pre-registration form. This form will be filled out upon acceptance into the program. This is to discourage program withdraw as courses will be filling up quickly during summer 2012. Please contact ISA for questions.
