Housing Information

ISA Housing provides the opportunity for students to experience aspects of the British student lifestyle that are inaccessible to the average visitor of England. All dorms are either within a quick walking distance to the university, or are conveniently located near public transit routes relative to the university. Travel times to the university vary but generally range between 15 and 30 minutes. The experience of living in another culture will be both educational and rewarding so long as you stay open-minded and reasonable at all times. There are differences in culture and lifestyle between life in England and the U.S. Remember: the key to a positive experience is flexibility. With this in mind, you can become a true Brit!

The 2012 Summer Olympic Games will be imposing an extra high demand on London housing this summer. That being said, in order to confirm students' summer housing, we ask that you make an initial and immediate 'Housing Commitment' payment of $1000 upon acceptance into the ISA program. This payment to ISA is NOT an additional charge, yet rather a payment that will be deducted from your overall ISA balance. This payment will not be refunded in the event you elect to withdraw from the ISA London summer program. We request that you make this 'Housing Commitment' payment right away so that the host university can move forward with your housing allocation.

This payment can be sent via check to ISA or paid within your student portal account via credit card upon acceptance. Any remaining balance on your account is due to ISA no later than the ISA final forms and payment due date. Please contact ISA for questions. Early applications are encouraged!!
