COURSE DESCRIPTION :
This course compares various law systems throughout the world, helping the student realize
that one's own law system or that of the United States is not the only one. Law also grows out
of historical and cultural values as well.
COURSE OBJECTIVES :
To introduce the student to the legal environment of international business by looking at the kinds of national and international legal structures a manager will encounter when doing business internationally.
