Students may take courses in a variety of subject areas at Florence University of the Arts and Apicius International School of Hospitality (FUA and AISH) including: Advertising, Art History, Environmental Studies, Fashion Design, Food & Culture, History, Italian Language, Journalism, Literature, Marketing, Management, Nutrition, Photography, Political Science and Studio Art. Most of the courses are taught in English, with several electives also available in Italian for advanced speakers. Furthermore, Italian language courses are available for students with a beginning through advanced level of proficiency. Courses will be taught by local and international faculty. Transcripts from a school of record are available upon request at no additional cost.
