Rosa, or Rosy, began working with ISA during the summers of 2004 and 2005, and formed part of the Guanajuato full-time staff in January 2006. She studied Computation and Secretary Studies, receiving her respective diplomas in 2004. Rosy is very kind, polite and always available for help. Rosy is very dedicated to her work and her goal is to know and dominate the tasks and needs of the ISA office. However, her favorite part of her job is helping the ISA students.
