This program is for students of all levels. Students will take classes in Spanish grammar and conversation as well as history and literature. Students will be in class with American and other international students.

Minimum GPA

Students must have a minimum grade point average of 2.50.

Minimum Admissions Prerequisites

For beginning, intermediate, and advanced-level Spanish speakers. Students must have a 2.5 GPA. Students who arrive in Mexico having completed less than one year of college level Spanish will likely place into beginning-level courses. Students who arrive having completed one full year of college-level Spanish will likely place into the intermediate-level courses. Students who arrive in Mexico having completed two years of college-level Spanish will likely place into the advanced-level courses.

For beginning, intermediate, and advanced levels.
Students must have a 2.5 GPA.
Beginning: no language requirement
Intermediate: 2 semesters, 3 quarters of college level Spanish or equivalent.
Advanced: 4 semester, 6 quarters of college level Spanish or the equivalent.
