The name, derived from Nahuatl, means “four seasons.” The botanically rich Chiconquiaco mountain range surrounds Naolinco and extends towards the Gulf of México. Today, the town’s colonial architecture, relaxing landscape, and renowned shoe and leather production draw many visitors. Naolinco is also known for its exquisite cuisine, derived from secret recipes that have been guarded and passed on from generation to generation. Annual festivities include the celebration of Naolinco’s patron saint, Saint Matthew, in September, as well as All Saints’ Day and the Day of the Faithful Dead. Available in the following sessions
