The Meknès Language, Culture and Society semester program provides students with little or no Arabic or French language experience the opportunity to choose among courses taught in English. Students may select courses in subjects such as history, culture, architecture, arts, religion, politics, gender studies, and more.

Additionally, students are required to enroll in an Arabic or French language course if they have taken less than one semester or one quarter of either language.

Beginning in 2012, semester students will begin their program in cosmopolitan Casablanca, with a multi-day orientation excursion before traveling to Meknès.

Minimum GPA

Students must have a minimum grade point average of 2.50.

Minimum Admissions Prerequisites

There is no language prerequisite for this program.
