Housing Information

Room and board is included in the program price for all ISA programs. Students will have the option of staying in the residencia, which are similar to a dorm in the United States, or a homestay.
If you choose the residencia option you will be provided with a continental breakfast daily. A computer lab with internet capability and wi-fi are available for all Peruvian and international students, and laundry can be done on-site at a special student rate.
The residencia, a colonial-style house, is conveniently located on the campus of the University of San Ignacio de Loyola and is 10 minutes (or about 8 blocks) from the Plaza de Armas in Cusco.

In a homestay, ISA students are provided with their own room or could possibly share a room with another ISA student. This option includes breakfast and dinner, and laundry service is provided once per week. Each family has been carefully selected by ISA's resident staff in order to ensure a comfortable living situation. The homestay provides the opportunity for students to experience aspects of the Peruvian lifestyle that are inaccessible to the average visitor, not to mention the invaluable opportunity to practice the Spanish language with locals.
