LimaAcademic Year:Courses with Peruvian Students - Liberal Arts, Sciences, and General StudiesYear 4 2009 (Mar 12, 2009 to Dec 12, 2009) Housing InformationRoom and board is included in the program price for all ISA programs. Homestays are the norm in Peru, and ISA students are provided with their own room or could possibly share a room with another ISA student. Students may choose between a traditional homestay, which includes room and partial board (breakfast and dinner, seven days per week) or a non-traditional homestay (breakfast only and a dinner stipend). Laundry service is provided once per week through either of these options. Each family has been carefully selected by ISA's resident staff in order to ensure a comfortable living situation. The homestay provides the opportunity for students to experience aspects of the Peruvian lifestyle that are inaccessible to the average visitor, not to mention the invaluable opportunity to practice the Spanish language. Students may also elect to live in fully-furnished individual apartments or international student housing. Students will have their own bedroom but share common living areas where both international and Peruvian students live. Most housing options will include internet access. | |
