The Latin American Studies and Economics program is designed for students at the high advanced level of Spanish who would like to take a variety of courses with Peruvian students. The Universidad del Pacífico specializes in business and economic courses, and also offers courses in accounting, math, and the humanities. The UP recently began offering a few courses in English for international students. All classes are taken at the Universidad del Pacífico with Peruvian and international students.

Students may enroll in the Spring 2, Fall 2, or Year 2 program that includes an additional intensive Spanish language course before the start of the semester.

Minimum GPA

Students must have a minimum grade point average of 2.75.

Minimum Admissions Prerequisites

There is no language prerequisite for this program.
