Housing Information

Room and board is included in the program price for all ISA programs. Homestays are the norm in Peru, and ISA students are provided with their own room or could possibly share a room with another ISA student. A traditional homestay includes room and partial board (breakfast and dinner, seven days per week) and laundry service once per week. Each family has been carefully selected by ISA's resident staff in order to ensure a comfortable living situation. The homestay provides the opportunity for students to experience aspects of the Peruvian lifestyle that are inaccessible to the average visitor, not to mention the invaluable opportunity to practice the Spanish language with locals.

Students may also elect to live in residencias, which are utilized by international and Peruvian students. At the residencia, students may or may not have their own bedroom (depending on the room chosen) and share bathrooms and common living areas.

All residencias include internet access and wi-fi and some homestays do.
