Student Services in Barcelona, Spain

Giulia was born in Turin, Italy, and has been living in Barcelona for almost two years. She studied International Communication at Turin University and in 2004 spent a semester in Oviedo, Spain with the Erasmus program studyng Spanish culture. After returning to Italy, she decided to continue her studies in Barcelona. She’s currently working on a Master’s degree in Intercultural Education and Immigration at the University of Barcelona. She also works with immigrant communities as a volunteer in various Language Exchange organizations in the city. Her travels throughout Europe and India have helped her to understand how important it is to learn about about people and their culture, as well as enjoying the differences discovered! In her free time, she enjoys cooking, watching films and riding her bike around the city!
