Noemí was born in Huelva, a western Andalucian city. Here she studied English at the Universidad de Huelva's Instituto de Idiomas. She began her degree in Fine Arts at the Universidad de Sevilla and completed it at the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia, specializing in Digital Art. Her interest in art and culture motivated her to travel around Europe in order to visually and socially experience how art and culture was developing itself in other European cities. She especially enjoyed her time in London where she worked at the art center, SPACE Studios. In 2005 she moved to Barcelona where she obtained her Master's degree in Digital Art. She has also worked with Artnodes, an online publication through the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and also at the Center of Contemporary Culture of Barcelona (CCCB). Currently, she is involved in promoting Barcelona's art and culture environment and works in ISA Cultural Activities Department.
