Segovia / La Granja

Location: Spain

Travel to Segovia where you can explore the impressive 1st century Roman aqueduct, constructed from blocks of granite, perfectly aligned without mortar. Wander through the narrow, winding streets of Segovia while enjoying picturesque views of churches, castles, and neighboring mountains. Then visit the beautiful Royal Palace of La Granja de San Idelfonso, which was built in the 18th Century for the Spanish Royalty, and can easily be likened to a miniature version of the Palace of Versailles.
