Program participants will enroll in courses with Spanish students from a variety of academic disciplines, including: applied languages, translation and interpretation, business administration and management, marketing, law, journalism, tourism, advertising, audio-visual communications, industrial engineering, and computer engineering. Most courses are taught in Spanish, but some are offered in English. It is mandatory to enroll in at least one course that is taught in Spanish. Courses are taught by faculty at the host university.

Students will participate in a 40 hour intensive Spanish course before beginning their classes with Spanish students.

The semester and year programs that begin earlier include a month-long preparatory Spanish language course before the start of the semester. Students who select this option will receive 80 hours of instruction for the language course.

This program offers courses at the advanced level that focus on Spanish language, culture, history, art, literature, and geography. Program participants will be in class with other international students. All classes are taught in Spanish by faculty from the host university.
