Depart US. You should be at the airport at least 2½ hours before your scheduled flight.

Orientation
Arrive in Madrid. Go to host family. Evening group meeting at the Kilómetro Cero in the Puerta del Sol. Visit the Plaza Mayor and Plaza de la Villa.
Sun. 04/12
Orientation
Meet in the morning at the ISA office in the Puerta del Sol. Mandatory orientation meeting about host families.
Mon. 04/13
Exams
Orientation and placement exam.
Tue. 04/14
Classes
Regular classes three hours a day, five days a week plus lectures at the Complutense University of Madrid. Most weekends are free. Excursions to be announced.
Wed. 04/15 - Tue. 06/23
Travel
Return to the US or pursue independent travel.
Wed. 06/24
  • Excursions to Toledo, Barcelona, El Escorial, Granada, and Segovia/La Granja to be announced.
  • Holidays
    May 1-2 (Día del Trabajador y de Comunidad de Madrid)
    May 15 (San Isidro)
