All courses are taught in Spanish by faculty from the University of Málaga. Classmates will be local Spanish students. Students take a placement test upon arrival to Málaga before beginning an Intensive Spanish Course. This course is held at the Center for Spanish Courses for Foreigners, approximately a 15 to 20 minute bus ride southeast from the ISA Málaga office. Classmates for this course are international students. Courses with locals are held at the Teatinos Campus, also a 15 to 20 minute bus ride (northwest) from the ISA Málaga office. The Teatinos Campus was built in the late 1990's and is considered one of the most modern university campuses in Spain.
