Overview

This course is divided along topics which include: sources of communitary law, principles of economic constitutional order and common politics, business law and mercantile law, juridical system of business activity: antitrust comunitary law, juridical patrimonial system of business: laws covering immaterial goods and industrial and intellectual property, law of mercantile societies, duty law and bankruptcy law.
