Prior to enrolling in courses at this language level, students must have completed or tested out of a minimum of 2 upper-division college-level Spanish courses at their home university in the U.S.

This course is divided according to the following topics: introduction to museum science, architecture of museums, theoretical principles of conservation and restauration, musuem collections, research, exhibitions, the public, educational activity in museums, cultural activities and difusion in museums, museum organization, museum management, new applied technologies and the museum.
