This course is divided according to topics which include: Latin America in Geopolitics, Identity factors of Latin America, Cultural unity and spatial diversity, the environment, natural resources, ecological and spatial diversity, energy and mineral resources, population, demographic explosion and migration, ethnic diversity and indigenism, the duality of rural-urban habitats, agrarian reforms, industry and politics of industrialization, economic politics and subdevelopment in Latin America.
