Departure from the US. You should be at the airport at least 2 1/2 hours prior to departure time.

Arrive in Madrid, Spain. Check into hotel and rest. Mandatory meeting and city visit in the evening.

Excursion
Guided tour of El Museo del Prado and El Palacio Real.
Fri. 01/08
Travel
Depart for Toledo. Guided tour of Toledo, meeting in the evening.
Sat. 01/09
Travel
Depart for Salamanca. Stop half way to Salamanca and have a guided tour of El Escorial. Arrive in Salamanca and meet your host families.
Sun. 01/10
Exams
Placement exams at the University of Salamanca.
Mon. 01/11
Classes
Intensive Spanish Language Course.

Classes
Regular classes continue at the University of Salamanca. Most weekends are free. Excursions: cities and dates to be announced.

Travel
Travel to Madrid and return to the States. (Students may stay and travel if they wish.)
