You should be at the airport at least 2 1/2 hours prior to departure time. Wed. 01/06 Orientation Arrive in Madrid, Spain. Check into hotel and rest. Mandatory meeting and city visit in the evening. Thu. 01/07 Excursion Guided tour of El Museo del Prado and El Palacio Real. Fri. 01/08 Travel Depart for Toledo. Guided tour of Toledo, meeting in the evening. Sat. 01/09 Travel Depart for Salamanca. Stop half way to Salamanca and have a guided tour of El Escorial. Arrive in Salamanca and meet your host families. Sun. 01/10 Exams Placement exams at the University of Salamanca. Mon. 01/11 Classes Intensive Spanish Language Course. Mon. 01/11 - Fri. 01/22 Classes Regular classes continue at the University of Salamanca. Most weekends are free. Excursions: cities and dates to be announced. Mon. 01/25 - Fri. 06/18 Travel Travel to Madrid and return to the States. (Students may stay and travel if they wish.) Sat. 06/19 | |
