Wed. 01/20 Orientation Arrive in Madrid, Spain. Check into hotel and rest. Mandatory orientation meeting and city visit in the evening. Thu. 01/21 Excursion Guided tour of El Museo del Prado and El Palacio Real. Fri. 01/22 Excursion Depart for Toledo. Guided tour of Toledo. Meeting in the evening. Sat. 01/23 Travel Depart for Salamanca. Stop half way to Salamanca and have a guided tour of El Escorial. Arrive in Salamanca and meet your host families. Sun. 01/24 Exams Placement exam at the University of Salamanca. Mon. 01/25 Classes Regular classes at the University of Salamanca. Classes usually meet Monday through Thursday, and usually in the mornings, but this will be determined by the University each semester. All weekends are free. Excursions: cities and dates to be announced. Tue. 01/26 - Thu. 05/20 Travel Travel to Madrid and return to the States. Students may stay and travel if they wish. Fri. 05/21 | |
