Hiking in Picos de Europa
This day trip will lead through the National Park of Picos de Europa, where students may enjoy the incredible natural beauty of its mountains and valleys. Potes, a city rich with history, will captivate visitors with its well-preserved streets, towers, bridges, and houses with coats of arms. Nearby is the sanctuary of Santo Toribio, founded in the 6th Century. Inside this chapel is kept the "Lignum Crucis," the largest remaining piece of the Cross of Jesus Christ.
