The Spanish Language, Culture and Electives program offers courses at the beginning, high beginning, intermediate, advanced and superior levels for Spanish, and for all students in English. Students may take courses in grammar as well as electives in Spanish and English in a variety of subjects. All courses are held at the Menéndez Pelayo International University with international students, the majority of whom are North American.

The Studies with Spaniards program offers courses with local students at the University of Cantabria. Designed for fluent or nearly fluent Spanish speakers, this program integrates participants into the classroom with Spaniards, making available a wide range of course options.
