Arrive in Madrid, Spain. Check into hotel and rest. Meeting and city visit in evening.

Guided tour of El Museo del Prado, El Palacio Real, and visit Retiro Park.

Excursion
Day trip to El Escorial and arrive in Toledo in the evening.
Fri. 10/03
Excursion
Guided tour of Toledo. Evening is free.
Sat. 10/04
Travel
Leave for Santander and meet your host family.
Sun. 10/05
Classes
Placement exam and regular classes at the Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo. Weekends are free except for several organized excursions.

Depart Santander in the evening on overnight bus to Madrid.
