Overview

OVERVIEW
This subject offers the basic knowledge in the main theoretical, critical and methodological-didactical theories on Children's literature. It covers the different literary genres of narration, poetry, theatre, with particular emphasis on story telling for children. It gives the future teacher the sources, materials and resources necessary for him/her to fullfil his/her mediating role and to programme the contacts of the children with the literature appropiate to their age.
