Prior to enrolling in courses at this language level, students must have completed or tested out of a minimum of 2 upper-division college-level Spanish courses at their home university in the U.S.

Study of forestry resources with special reference to Spain. Dynamics of forestry vegetation and alterations produced in it by natural as well as man-made agents, visible by means of historical analysis. Methods which provide important and varied natural resources. Ways in which these uses have affected the natural environment as well as the societies which use and extract the resources, up to the point of generating particular modes of life.
