Lief Vandecraen

Lief Vandecraen is a valuable member of the team of ISA Resident Directors in Sevilla. A native of Belgium, Lief began her studies of the Spanish language and culture long before becoming a resident of Spain. After earning her undergraduate degree in Language and Literature of Spain and France at the University of Leuven in Belgium, Lief continued with her graduate studies at the same university, where she went on to earn her Mâitrise in International Relations (studies in translation, business, economics and public relations). An important component of her graduate studies would also include her year at the University of Salamanca, where she specialized in Spanish Linguistics. Before beginning her work with ISA in 1998, Lief applied her extensive language skills by working in translation and interpretation in the Belgian capital of Brussels.
