    · Key policy and legislative developments, specifically focusing on the Children?s Act and Child Justice Act.
    · Social Work theoretical approaches in child and youth intervention.
    · Child protection, family preservation and restorative justice

    · Children in conflict with the law
    · Childhood abuses and parental roles
    · Children at risk including Orphans and Vulnerable children (OVC)
    · The role of the social worker
