    · Explain the fundamental principles of physiology with special reference to nutrition, digestion,
    metabolism, the muscular, cardiovascular, respiratory, nervous and endocrine systems
    · Provide a basic application of these principles to the body in motion

    · The physiology of the cardiovascular, respiratory, muscular, nervous and endocrine systems
    · Fundamental physiological adaptations to exercise conditions and training
