    Course Objectives
    To help students to prepare to be active participants in the more advanced classes in the department by developing various types of speaking skills, with a specific focus on research and presentation.

    Course Description
    Each section of the course will start with a student-led discussion on an article of their choice. Students will be expected to read the article critically, discuss it in groups, and determine areas to be researched in order to gain a better understanding of the topic. They will then present their research to the class. This course meets twice a week, 1h15 each time, for 15 weeks.
