    Course Objectives
    The goal of this course is to help students develop a sound, rudimentary understanding of organizational behavior (OB). OB’s goal is to understand and predict human behavior in organizations. The course introduces various topics in OB, grouped roughly into the individual, the group, and organizational levels of analysis.

    Course Description
    The topics are introduced in lectures, and key concepts and theories are then exercised with group assignments. These group assignments aim at building the skills for practical application of the material. There will also be individual quizzes that help students keep track of their progress through the course. The course concludes with a final exam that evaluates student assimilation of the material in a holistic way.
